Hi, I’m Colleen.

I’m an ex-Deloitte leader who founded Growth, Inc.

Here’s a little bit about me, and why I built this company.

Leadership has changed. I’m on a mission to help leaders catch up.

Today's leaders aren’t just expected to help their teams deliver results. They’re expected to navigate constant change, influence without authority, coach and develop larger teams than ever before, build trust across differences, communicate through uncertainty, and make difficult decisions with incomplete information—all while staying calm under pressure.

The problem?

We've dramatically increased the complexity of leadership, without changing how we prepare people for the job.

That's why I started Growth, Inc.

After spending more than a decade building businesses, leading teams, and advising Fortune 500 organizations at Deloitte, I realized that the leaders who consistently created the best outcomes weren't necessarily the smartest, the loudest, or the ones with the most impressive titles.

They were the ones who could navigate uncertainty, pressure, and people without losing themselves in the process.

I didn't learn how to do this by sitting through a corporate training.

I learned it the hard way: by leading through high-stakes moments where the outcome depended on my ability to lead myself in ways that earned trust and moved people forward.

Those lessons helped me build Deloitte's Talent Experience & Employer Brand capability, grow a multimillion-dollar business, and advise leaders across some of the world's most recognized organizations. But they also taught me something unexpected:

The visible aspects of leadership—communication, executive presence, presentations, difficult conversations—are only half the equation.

The leaders who thrive develop the invisible capabilities that make those skills effective: judgment, self-trust, emotional regulation, adaptability, and the ability to stay grounded when everything around them feels uncertain. Those are the capabilities that allow leaders to influence better outcomes.

Today, I help organizations develop leaders who can navigate uncertainty, pressure, and people so they can influence better outcomes.

Through team workshops, group programs and individual coaching, I equip leaders with both the mindset and communication skills they need to earn trust, influence decisions, and lead effectively in today's rapidly changing workplace.

Clients range from Fortune 100 companies and global healthcare systems to Ivy League universities and fast-growing startups.

My work has helped leaders strengthen trust, communicate with influence, navigate difficult conversations, lead through change, and build healthier, higher-performing teams.

Along the way, I've built a community of more than 200,000 leaders across platforms, where millions of people engage with my content each month because it gives language to the realities of modern leadership that so many leaders experience—but few people talk about.

If your leaders are technically exceptional but struggling to navigate uncertainty, pressure, or people...

If they're avoiding difficult conversations, carrying the emotional weight of leadership alone, or finding it harder than ever to influence across increasingly complex organizations...

Growth, Inc. can help.

Because leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about trusting yourself to move people forward no matter what happens. If you’re ready to equip your people with the skills they actually need today—let’s work together.
