Leadership School is a 6-week, virtual small-group coaching experience designed for ambitious women who want clarity, confidence, and a modern leadership model that actually works in today’s world.
Inside this program, you will learn how to:
Unlearn the biased conditioning that has kept you overperforming, undervaluing yourself, and shrinking your leadership potential
Reconnect with your intuition and set a clear, bold vision for your life and career that reflects who you really are
Make yourself a priority, identify a specific challenge you want to solve (“Bring Your Own Problem”), and take practical actions that create real change
Lead more powerfully—without needing to power pose, “lean in,” or contort yourself to fit outdated expectations
If you’re feeling stuck, burned out, overlooked, or unsure of your next step—and you want to rise without abandoning who you are—this program is for you.
What to Expect
Six 60-minute live workshops (no homework, no lectures, no recordings)
A Bring Your Own Problem format, so you focus on one meaningful challenge throughout the program
Guided exercises, reflection, and coaching within each session—no added work outside the room
A printed or digital workbook (optional, not required)
Missed a session? We can offer up to 2 makeup sessions or move you to the next cohort
